Marketing Campaign

Marketing your home is the most important and involved step in the process of selling your home. It includes launching the marketing campaign and performing ongoing activities to market the home to buyers. Marketing a home no longer simply involves putting it in the MLS, placing a sign in the yard, and praying that it would sell. A marketing campaign in today’s digital world must provide massive exposure through a “holistic” marketing plan. This plan includes:

  • Announcing the property to my network of real estate agents by offering two separate tours: one to my Re/Max Professionals of Newport associates and a second to members of the Newport County Board of Realtors. I also announce the property through an email “blast” to over 400 full time Realtors.
  • Promote the property in the MLS.
  • Promote the property on the portals where I syndicate.
  • Create promotional collateral for you to share.
  • Create Facebook Ad campaigns to put the property in front of potential buyers.
  • Showcase listings on Realtor.com.
  • Host an Open House and promote it through Facebook, Realtor.com, Newport Daily News, email alerts and so on.
  • Create a Craigslist Ad to promote the property.
  • Massive Internet Marketing (because 97% of all homebuyers search online and over 50% of homebuyers first saw the home they bought online) with syndication to hundreds of real estate websites.
  • Bound color brochure for all potential buyers.
  • Review initial campaign data to make necessary adjustments.
