Our initial consultation will help us decide if we want to work together on this important venture. You can expect a general overview of the current market; a Competitive Market Analysis, comparing your home to those most similar on the market and those that have recently sold; a discussion on strategy to meet your goals; and a marketing plan.
The initial consultation is usually a two-step process. During the first step, you will give me a tour of your home. As we go through, I will ask you questions about updates, remodeling projects, history of the home, and what you like and don’t like about the home. I will take this information and use it to develop a Competitive Market Analysis which I will present at our second meeting. This meeting often takes place at your home again or possibly in my office. Often times, my sellers do not live locally and we accomplish these steps through phone conversations, email, etc.
